TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GROUPS

  • These menus are available for groups of 10 or more people.
  • Depending on the number of diners, the restaurant may require a non-refundable deposit, to the value of 30% of the total, 5 days in advance of the date.
  • 3 days prior to the event the restaurant must be informed of the total number of diners and whether there are any vegetarians or people with intolerances, so that the menu can be adapted accordingly.
  • Depending on the number of diners, it may be necessary to choose the main course and dessert 3 days in advance of the date. Should it not be possible for the client to confirm the choice of dishes,a single option for the main course and dessert would need to be chosen.
  • The restaurant must be informed of any increase in the number of diners at least 2 days prior to the event so that the menu and table layout can be adjusted.
  • Cancellations of diners may be communicated 24 hours beforehand. A reduction of up to 10% of the total number of diners will be accepted without prior notice; if this percentage is higher, the restaurant will charge for these diners.
  • For groups of over 16 people, diners may be required to sit on separate but nearby tables, so that everyone can enjoy their celebration together.
  • The drink included in the group menus has been calculated at 1/2 bottle of wine or 3 beers per person. For those who are not drinking alcohol, each 1/2 bottle of wine that is not consumed can be replaced with 3 soft drinks.
  • If this calculation is exceeded, we will let you know that you have exceeded the amount of drink included with the menu so that you can decide whether the additional drinks should be charged separately or whether we should include them in the general bill.
  • For groups of over 30 people, the menus offered may vary in terms of dishes to ensure optimum service.
  • Menu prices include VAT.
